Job description for Business Development Representative at Emtrade
- Responsible for driving user acquisition and conversion from high quality delivery of events.
- Actively contacting potential partners and arranging meetings to get partnership deals.
- Brainstorming new ideas, initiatives, and activities to increase company’s leads.
- Managing a portfolio of internal and commercial events with the aim to generate revenue.
- Informing and collaborating with related teams to implement strategies for income growth from events.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing and partnership initiatives.
- Researching potential organizations, public figures/individuals, brands, and finding new opportunities.
- Increasing service for existing partners while attracting new ones.
- Developing quotes and proposals for partners.
- 2+ years of experience in business development, or event & partnership role.
- Capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Self-starter, able to take initiatives and deliver projects on time.
- Strong drive to find new partners, and meet or exceed targets.
- Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for making initial contact and for ongoing communication with clients and business partners.
- Proficient in Google Docs, Sheet, and Slides.
- Ability to develop and nurture relationships and partnerships with a diverse group of stakeholders.
