Job description for Business Development Manager at GREDU
Responsibilities:
- Generate partnership among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling
- Develop positive relationships with clients
- Act as the point of contact and handle customers individual needs
- Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
- Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Coordinate with all members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
- Forecasts and tracks client account metrics, aligned with company objectives
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business/Education/or related fields
- Dabbling in education
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Development or a related
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Goal-oriented, organized team player; Self-motivated and self-directed
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
