Who We Are:
Quest is a platform that enables Gen Zs to earn by solving everyday problems. Think real-world "RPG" where you can undertake quests as Heroes to earn. In addition to Quest, “Concierge by Quest” aims to increase the amount of tasks available for “Heroes” to complete on the platform. Concierge by Quest targets individuals or teams with busy schedules & would need help completing time consuming tasks.
Quest is a venture-backed start-up supported by Enterprise Singapore, National Youth Council, SMU's Business Innovations Generator (BIG) by IIE, and global early-stage VC Antler. Within 3 weeks of launch, the Quest mobile app reached #1 on the Lifestyle charts and #5 overall. Since September, Quest has been a part of Antler's SG9 Cohort.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Business Development Intern to join us. Reporting directly to the Growth & Partnerships Lead, you will get the autonomy to create a sales funnel, reach out to prospective clients and secure them as a paying user, supercharging the growth of the company. If you are creative, independent, a little weird, and love to get your hands dirty, we’d love to have you.
What you will be doing:
- Identify, structure, negotiate, amend, close and lead strategic deals
- In-charge of acquisition of new client base & build relationship with clients
- Maintain close-relationships with existing clients and partners.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and social media (e.g. Telegram, LinkedIn, etc)
- Manage platform and channel partnerships
- Work on key reports and ensure data/figures are all up to date
- Set up online and onsite meetings with potential users and listen to their concerns
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of objectives to clients

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-paced environment.
- High interpersonal skills, ability to identify the needs of our customers
- Able to commit 2-3 days per week for 6 months from August 2022 onwards
