Job description for Business Development Intern at Homebase Vietnam
- Assist in various stages of the sales funnel, including creating awareness of new offerings, generating leads, and retaining customers;
- Identify potential stakeholders, agents, developers, etc. for the partnership to drive revenue growth;
- Research, hunt, and help the Business Development/Sales team look for potential properties;
- Seek and convert potential leads for the team;
- Retain and maintain relationships with current and potential customers, partners, and sales agents;
- Spearhead all preparation of legal documents e.g. contracts, files, notarized copies, etc. necessary for the sales funnel;
- Pair up with individual business development/sales representatives to support them in looking for properties and achieve the team’s KPIs;
- Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
- Based in Da Nang;
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree with a proven track record of excellence;
- Full professional proficiency/native in written and oral Vietnamese;
- Conversant in English (fluency is a plus but not a requirement);
- Able to commit at least 6 months to the internship;
- Background in real estate is an advantage.

- Monthly compensation: 4,600,000 VND (1,000,000 VND increment every 4 months) + commission;
- Potential for conversion into a full-time role upon successful performance;
- Potential for an attractive employee stock option package should performance be stellar.
