Job description for Business Development Intern at Kitalulus
- Introduce our platform to medium sized company and work with them to recruit great employees (B2B Selling)
- Create amazing partnership experience with external stakeholder or prospective employers
- Onboard employers, build relationships and develop plans to resolve issues
- Operate the system and input data accurately
- Solicit feedback from employers, understand pin points and take ownership to ensure issues are quickly and effectively resolved
- Take initiative to reach our prospective employers
- has a bachelor degree (has graduated)
- Has an experience in a B2B Sales/Business Development/Account Management is preferrable
- Has high motivation & eagerness to achieve target
- Available to work hybrid in Jakarta Selatan (2 times WFO per week)
- Highly organized, able to multitask, work in a fast-paced start-up environment, and get things done
