The Business Development (Intern) will be exposed to various business functions, mainly Business Process and Customer Relations Management. He/ she will be focusing on contributing ideas to better streamline business processes.
RESPONSIBILITES
- Collaborate with various functions to understand the existing business processes
- Identifying potential areas of improvements
- Craft, propose and present suggestions for their buy-in
- Researching and proposing best practices on consumer-related trends
- All other ad-hoc duties
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Currently enrolled in Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
- A resourceful problem solver, with a strong sense of ownership;
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with various stakeholders;
- You are forward-thinking and approach challenges with a solution-orientated approach;
- · Great organization, multi‐tasking, and prioritization skills, including acute attention to detail as well as effective time management;
