Job description for Business Development Executive at Renos
- Generate leads by initiating campaigns and working together with the marketing team.
- Responsible for cold calling, qualifying call and/or meeting, sales closing, project handling and aftersales.
- Ensuring customers satisfaction by managing project completion with clients and vendors (including design phase, checking BOQ, DED Drawing)
- Manage customer administration and end to end process until the delivery of the project handover to the customer
- Prepare the progress report and conduct project management initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in generating Leads, up and cross-selling, sales projection and building relationships with clients.
- Experience in a conducting B2B partnership with Corporate, Developer, Franchiser, Property Management, Business Owner, etc
- Min Bachelor degree in Architecture, Civil, Design Interior, Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience related to Sales, Partnership and/or Business Development
- Having experience in Home & Living (Building Materials) business is preferred, e-Commerce is a plus
- Fluency in English is a must
