Our founders have a wealth of experience building businesses at some of the most reputable tech and professional service firms in the region (Baca, Grab, McKinsey, etc.). We are looking for smart and ambitious Business Development Associate who possess a passion for people and impact.
Requirements:
- Minimum S1/bachelor’s degree
- Sales and marketing background are preferrable
- Self driven & high initiative
- Analytical & problem solving skills
- Good communication & presentation skills
- Positive, can-do attitude is a must
- Possess leadership and independent qualities
- Willing to do business trip/assign to other city nationally
- Able to multitask, work with challenge in constantly changing environment
- Possess own vehicle (car or motorcycle) preferrable
- Domicile in Jakarta
- Possible WFO in the current domicile
Job Description
- Collecting database of clients
- Made cold call & prospect new client onboard to KitaLulus Platform (KLEP)
- Daily report to the supervisor
- Working towards sales target monthly, quarterly and personal achievement
