Job description for Business Development Associate (GEC) at Glints Indonesia
- Generate leads to acquiring potential client
- Be a client consultant to provide training needs
- Take part in generating revenue for the organization
- Ensure a seamless end-to-end sales process that leads to closed deals based on SLA.
- Has min. 1.5 years of experience in B2B sales
- Experience in doing 360 sales cycle
- Experience in HRIS or learning-based company is a plus point
- Has experience in dealing with Human Resources team, Learning and Development team, Marketing communication team, and C-level
- Has a high willingness to grow and become the pioneer of the GEC B2B Team.
