- A background education in IT is preferred.

Job Description:
- Communicating and coordinating with IT production if there are problems or requests for information/data about software application from clients and partner
- Acting as a liaison between Sales and IT production for requirement gathering, product knowledge
- Actively participate in all meetings and presentations
- Organize, fix and schedule meetings with clients and others
- Handle and responsible for administrative documents
- Supervise billing procedures and coordinate with accounting team
- Performing other assignments where requested by supervisor
