As a Business Analyst you will contribute to the success of company change by participating in business projects and internal projects to ensure the delivery of key-results. Your focus will be to gather the data and find solutions to meet the business needs. The deliverables (in writing and through presentations) shall introduce the findings and recommendations to upper management.
- Collects the requirements to ensure the essential information is documented;
- Support PM in the functional analysis, outlining problems, risks, and scenarios to tackle the problems that ensure the delivery quality;
- Performs process analysis for the improvement purpose
- Collaborate with technical team(s) for work breakdown, effort estimation & implementation follow-up;
- Manage changes details throughout the project life cycles and work with Project Manager to align the project timeline;
- Coordinate in the QA process (SIT, UAT)

Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết
- Excellent communication in English & Vietnamese (both oral and written);
- Have conceptual knowledge in product management and/or operational management (Process Mapping & Improvement/ Lean/ Six Sigma etc.)
- Familiar with Business Requirement Document (BRD), User Stories/Use Case Specification Document, Functional Requirement Document
- Experience working under different project management methodologies (prefer at least 2-years with Agile Scrum);
- Analytical thinking and problem solving mindset;
- Certification in business analysis is a big plus
