Responsibilities and Duties:
● Collect and analyze requirements/ feedbacks from clients, stakeholders and
other teams to shape requirements, features and products
● Communicate with clients and all the teams for client’s requirements
understanding
● Document functional and business requirements documents: create
wireframes, user stories, activity diagrams and use cases.
● Communicate with customers to clarify business and support if there are
any change requirements from customers.
● Communicate with the development team to ensure correct requirement
understanding during implementation.
● Compose related documents, such as: Release Note, User Manual...
Qualifications:
● 1+ years of BA experience
● Experience in the UI/UX and experience with tools such as balsamic,
Draw.io, Figma,...
● Presentation, communication, and technical writing skills, with the ability
to convey simple and complex information to technical and non-technical
audiences.
● Good at logical thinking and analysis skills.
● Experience on web application and mobile
● Good at English (especially in writing)
● Have good skills at: Teamwork, Communication and Presentation.
