Job description for Business Analyst Intern at Charles & Keith Group
Responsibilities
•Perform timely and accurate KPI reporting on daily/weekly/monthly/ad-hoc basis
•Consolidate and report on top level business marketing, inventory & sales data.
•Support deep dive analysis into specific KPIs to understand the underlying influences; & maintain standardized dashboard and reports for the team
•Responsible for tracking, reporting and analysis of homepage, landing page and creative tests as well as the shopping funnel to optimize online marketing and site merchandising efforts; knowledge on product recommendation tool is an advantage
•Assist in optimizing CRM/marketing activities by defining market sectors and customer selection based on customer profiling and segmentation
•Support Business development teams in the profiling and segmentation of customers as well as conducting of tactical mining to support their business initiatives
•Perform data integrity checks to ensure consistent and accurate data for analyzing
Requirements
•Undergraduates and graduate students (majors in Business Analytics, Business, Economics/Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics)
•Advanced use of Google Analytics
•Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Qlikview & Salesforce skills required
•Resourceful, collaborative, independent, adaptable and able to multi-task
•Some experience in Ecommerce web analytics preferable
