Job description for Brand and PR Manager at Klinik Pintar
- Responsible for leading Brand Planning and Execution of Brand strategies and monitoring of brand performance to drive sustainable brand consumption and sales growth
- Plan, strategies and execute marketing designs and activities to establish and maintain brand presence in the market
- Conduct competitive strategic analysis, consumer segmentation, and consumer insight development
- Launch and oversee advertising and media planning online and offline channel
- Utilizes consumer insights to help drive brand strategy, communication, and programming
- Planning, building and implementing the PR strategy
- Regularly monitor, track & analyze media & PR coverage and related sentiment
- Drive the planning and executing of PR events and campaigns
- Demonstrate strong project management skills
- Work closely with multiple stakeholders to assemble press kits, releases and media advisories, as well as craft media angles for different types of media
- Drive media engagement, cultivating new contacts and maintaining strong rapport with existing media and influencer contacts
- Lead the team to ensure alignment with other departments, and continue to develop team members to become a high-performing Marketing team
