Job description for Boutique Ops Manager at LuxeHouze
Job Descriptions:
- Supervision of Boutique maintenance (security, systems, furniture, contracts, etc.)
- Guarantee that Visual Merchandising standards are upheld according to Luxehouze policies
- Achieves/exceeds sales goals and performs daily operations including opening and closing procedures, inventory and accounting functions
- Assure the recruitment, development and retainment of customers
- Staff organization and planning as well daily motivation of the boutique team
- Communicate properly with all departments involved in the boutique business
- Communicate high quality relevant feedback and reporting to the relevant stakeholders
- Manage operational execution (Policies and Procedures)
- Develops and executes marketing plans
- Attends community events if needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business, Management, or relevant major
- Min. 3 years of solid experience in retail operations and managerial position
- Successful track record, preferably gained from high end luxury retail industry
- Team leadership and business management experience
- A passionate learner, and welcome opportunities to be stretched
- A savvy and creative business mind
- Flexibility and the ability to hand change in a positive manner
- Good command of written and spoken in English
