Responsibilities :
- Melakukan kontrol stok, preparation dan closing pada area store dan bar
- Menyiapkan minuman sesuai standar resep dan SOP perusahaan yang sudah ditetapkan
- Menjaga peralatan tetap berfungsi dan beroperasi dengan baik
- Menjaga standar sanitasi peralatan dan area store
- Mengecek semua bahan layak digunakan sesuai standar yang ditentukan
- Memberikan laporan penjualan dan melakukan supervisi operasional*
- Memberikan laporan kebutuhan bahan baku dan peralatan*
Requirements
- Max umur 25 tahun, Pria dan Wanita
- Berpenampilan menarik, rapih dan bersih
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai barista, barkeep dan FnB lebih diutamakan
- Mempunyai attitude yang baik, jujur, positif dan disiplin
- Mampu bekerja sama dengan tim maupun secara individu
- Mahir berkomunikasi dengan customer
- Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan mempunyai inisiatif tinggi
- Bersedia bekerja di akhir pekan dan hari libur
