Job Description
- Assisting Business Development Manager in product development ideation, conceptualization to implementation
- Work in all teams of product discovery (user interviews/shadowing, design workshops. whiteboarding, mocks/wireframes, and user testing).
- Create requirements, business/system flow diagrams, and other documentation to support project deliverables
- Contributes to the standard product development plan
Min. Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field
- An understanding of software application development practices and life-cycle
- Passion for digital products
- Proven ability to learn fast
- Demonstrated ability to be resourceful and innovative
- Good product design sense (UI/UX) (optional)
- Ability to work independently and take initiative while also serving as a team player
- Ability to interact effectively with Associates across all levels of the organization and variety of culture
