We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven top performer to join our fast-paced, high-performing team of Consultants. As a Consultant, you're the vital link between clients and candidates, using sales techniques and networking to attract potential talents for our hiring partners.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop a good understanding of our hiring partners, their industries, what they do, and their work culture and environment;
- Work with job candidates to identify the best job opportunities while managing their priorities efficiently;
- Manage and track hiring processes while working with hiring partners to provide guidance, gather feedback and pushing job processes forward;
- Help and prepare candidates for all stages of interviews; and
- Partnering and collaborating with our Sales counterparts to ensure that our marketplace is successful.
Who We Are Looking For
- Minimum 6 months of experience working in recruitment, sales or other client-facing roles;
- High EQ with the ability to adapt quickly to new technology, hiring partners' needs and uncertainty;
- Passion and commitment for sales processes;
- Solution- and process-oriented; and
- Prior experience in a start-up environment would be an added advantage.
