Job description for Assistant HR Manager at Glints Malaysia

We are looking for an Assistant Human Resources Manager to join our People team in Malaysia. This role will play a critical part in growing our team in Asia, and will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to help build up a world-class People team that can acquire, develop and retain exceptional A-players for Glints. This role will also focus on achieving operational excellence in people management and processes, in addition to individual talent acquisition and people operations responsibilities.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage a small team while also exhibiting personal leadership by contributing to individual targets;
- Drive team productivity and results through a focus on process and operational excellence, and manage the local implementation of regional HR systems and processes;
- Lead the team in making quality hires for Glints Malaysia in a timely manner;
- Be a trusted HR Business Partner (HRBP), a strategic partner and consultant to relevant senior stakeholders within Glints;
- Assist the People team lead with regional HR projects as needed.

Who We Are Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources including in-house talent acquisition, with strong hands-on experience in leading teams;
- An excellent command of spoken and written English in order to manage international stakeholders;
- A self-starter who is able to deliver quality outcomes at speed while navigating through ambiguity in a hyper growth environment;
- Highly adaptable and personally organised;
- Process- and systems-oriented;
