On-the-job learning starts immediately when you are placed in your role. Relevant industry experience will be an added advantage but not a prerequisite.
This position requires you to act as abridge between our advisers and clients, from conducting calls, arranging for appointments, to following up and maintaining good relationships in order to create future engagement opportunities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
● To understand company's vision, suite of products and services, organizational structure and work culture.
● To have a better understanding on the motives behind the campaigns we are running, the dynamics and demographics of target segment.
● To work with in-house digital marketing manager on the collection of leads, keeping up-to-date records and the current progress of engagements.
● To contact leads given within 24 hours after receipt to maximize conversion into appointments,a and to conduct fact-finding to gather useful information.
● To identify relevant advisers to participate in joint-appointment, deconflict on availability, and to ensure resources are sufficient to support.
● To work with logistics department to ensure essential merchandise are available before heading down for appointments.
● To conduct follow-up actions with clients, from arrangement to confirmation of appointment.
● To participate in the joint-appointment, in order to bridge the relationship between advisers and clients
● To create engagement points with clients on a weekly/monthly basis, to maintain healthy relationships with them, and to arrange for future appointments, whenever necessary
● To keep client database updated, categorize them in the relevant segments, in order to aid future follow-ups effectively.
● To conduct post-appointment communication & analysis
● To come up with a monthly report on key achievements and list down recommendations.
Pre-requisites:
● Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
● Polytechnic Diploma or GCE ‘A’ Level Certificate Holder
● Experience in sales and exposure to the finance sector will be an added advantage
● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
● Possess strong interpersonal skills
