Job description for Admin Sales at Power Commerce Asia
- Support marketing activities
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
- Communicate important feedback from customers
- Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments
- Responsibility in maintaining existing client and identifying new client
- Maintain good relationship with customers
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 2 years experience in the same position
- Team player, proactive, and highly motivated
- Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping
- Familiarity with sales reports and sales records
- Good communication skill
