As an Office Operation Executive, you are the internal and external face for the
Whydah identity. You are in charge of creating an inspiring physical office where
employees feel motivated to come to work and make guests have a unique
experience once they set their foot into our Whydah’s Metaverse Office.
Thus, who will you support ?
- General Administration support (Handling transcription, printing,
photocopying and faxing) ;
- Transportation arrangement
- Serve Coffee/ Food as BOD requirements
- Meeting room arrangement for teams
- General Administration support
- Catering (drinking water in the office)
- Guest experience (Welcoming visitors and solving their problems if
- Instruction details for NFT experience
- Overseeing office services like cleaners and maintenance service providers
- Maintaining safety and hygiene standards of the reception area
- Hosting company events (eg: weekly TGIF)
- Managing office inventory such as stationery, equipment and furniture
- Recording and maintaining office expenses
- Ambience (Lighting, sound, LED screen content)
