WaveScan Technologies Pte. Ltd. is looking for an Human Resource and Admin Executive.
Company Profile:
WaveScan is a multi-award-winning A*STAR spin-off specializing in the R&D and product development of disruptive beamforming electromagnetics-based radar scanner technology. Our proprietary technology builds upon nearly a decade-long R&D on microwave & millimeter-wave wireless, see-through scanners and is capable of high-resolution 3D imaging for non-destructive testing (NDT) applications. Our current clientele comprises global corporates in Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, Aerospace, Pipings and Power Generation, among other market verticals. WaveScan is supported by both – Singapore government agencies such as Enterprise Singapore, SG Innovate, AI Singapore, and JTC, and private investors (VCs & CVCs), with our products under pilot testing in both Singapore and overseas markets.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated team worker with good communication skills in English and a “can-do” attitude. He or she should be willing to learn in a dynamic & collaborative start-up environment.
What you’ll do:
· Basic accounting and bookkeeping on our software platform, Financio
· Assist in transfer and integration of existing accounting data to a new software platform
· Sorting and filing of physical invoices, receipts, and other accounting documents for audit preparation purposes
· Preparation and documentation of sales and purchasing documents and processes
· Basic HR tasks on our software platform, HREasily
· General office space management
· General ad-hoc and administrative tasks whenever required
Required Qualifications:
· A high school diploma or equivalent
· Proficiency in MS Office and related applications
Preferred experience:
· Accounting or bookkeeping experience
· HR experience
· Good command of English
