Job description for Accounting Specialist at PT. KITA INDONESIA PLUS (WE+)

Job Description:
  • Experience in accounting and tax for a minimum of 3 years. Minimum 2 years of experience in a Public Accounting Firm is preferred.
  • Experience in insurance brokerage is an additional point.
  • Detail oriented, persistent and tough and reliable
  • Physically and spiritually healthy
Job Requirement
  • Daily day to day operational financial and tax transactions
  • Ensure completeness of financial statement on monthly basis closing at day 8th every month
  • Supervise reconciliation and financial reporting of the Company’s core business/main revenue generation, invoice processing & AR and AP maintenance.
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time and/task from Accounting Manager and Board of Directors.
  • Supervise the implementation of SOPs in finance department
  • Liaise with external Public Accountant for yearly audit
