Job description for Accounting & Budgeting Staff at PT JTD Jaya Pratama
PT JTD Jaya Pratama is a subholding of PT Pembangunan Jaya. PT JTD Jaya Pratama is a business entity for 6 (six) Jakarta Inner Toll Roads in accordance with the road concession Agreement no. 13 dates 16 April 2017.
The Constructions start from:
Phase I: Ruas Semanan – Sunter and Sunter – Pulo Gebang
Phase 2: Duri Pulo – Kampung Melayu and Kemayoran – Kampung Melayu
Phased I (Section A): Kelapa Gading – Pulo Gebang, has been operating since August, 2021.
Job Description:
· Reviewing general ledger accounts and preparing and adjusting journal entries
· Performing account analysis and reconciliation, including bank statements and
intercompany general ledger accounts
· Maintaining general ledger charts of accounts
· Assisting with initial internal control evaluations
· Posting monthly, quarterly and yearly accruals
· Maintain and update accounting records and file
· Analyze budgets and create expense reports
· Examine tax policies and handle tax payments and returns
· Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger (e.g. by assets,
liabilities and expenses)
· Reconcile bank statements
· Analyze transactions with internal and external stakeholders
· Conduct month-end and year-end closures
· Prepare documents for audits
· Apply new accounting policies and ensure compliance with rules and regulations
Requirements:
· Min. 24 years old
· Minimum of a Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
· Minimum three (3) years experiences in the related field
· Having high level of accuracy
· Attention to detail
· Able to work meticulously with strong accuracy skills
· Have high integrity
· Excellent use of Microsoft Office Word and Excel; very good with spreadsheets
· Knowledge of an accounting information system is a plus
· Work location: Cakung, East Jakarta
