- Be responsible for managing, strategically developing, and driving the profitability of both new and existing client events & projects (activation, promotion, launch);
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on the brief, and on budget;
- Ensure that each project is delivered to its maximum profitability levels and that areas of upselling and cross-selling are identified;
- Ensure that all opportunities within client accounts are maximized;
- Pitch for new business and take the lead on;
- Prepare Presentation and pitch for business;
- Coordinate with operational teams to deliver effective events and efficient;
- Build and develop long-lasting relationships with clients;
- Develop networks at events and trade show to identify opportunities and develop business across the business` portfolio of services;
- Coordinate tradeshow and event platforms, related graphics and promotional activities to support clients` projects;
- Identify opportunities, sponsorships, promotions for marketing and sales;
- Manage tradeshow-related and customer events;
- Negotiate event discounts/ advantages on behalf of the company;
- Manage show/event vendor relationships with hotels, convention centers, exhibit houses, labor, and organizations;
- Manage promotional campaigns related to events;
- Ensure timely execution and production of key deliverables.
- University degree in public relations, business management, or another related field;
- At least 2-3 years experience in event;
- Fluent in written and spoken English;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Work independently and self-motivated and have high integrity.
- 02 months salary for personal target and more;
- Quarterly bonus based on company performance;
