Responsibilities:
1. General focus in account retention, growth, and renewal.
2. Develop and deliver strong strategic account relationship customer management, devise overall strategies to help clients meet their objectives, prioritize and drive resolution.
3. Develop sales plan and execute business target through building account relationships and lifetime value.
4. Implement creative ways to improve our customer relationships, tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions.
5. Act as a trusted advisor to clients in expanding their usage and adoption of our platform.
6. Collaborate with various internal team members on product development to apply best practices to areas of improvement.
7. Provide strategic and consultative advice and help to solve technical issues by working with a large number of businesses from our market.
Requirements
- 沒有限定哪個產業出身,內部有業務是飯店業出身,SaaS / MarTech 服務優先。
- 應對進對,臨機應變要好。
- 要有 Sales 特質,不是單客服,因為要 upsell
- 因應不同客戶給不同解決方案
- 偏好有管理過超過五十家客戶的人
