Job description for Account Executive at TemanCEO
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities
- Perform the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
- Managing and interpreting customer's requirements as well as providing solutions
- Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
- Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, sales or marketing
- At least 3 years experience in similar field
- Required language(s) : Bahasa Indonesia, English
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role
- Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is a plus
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Having growth mindset, able to self-leading in remote working environment, and customer-focused based
- Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of accounts possibly from different industries
- Strong analytical, logical thinking & able to work under tight deadline
- The ability to work under pressure and assimilate large quantities of information quickly, while maintaining attention to detail
- IT literacy and an awareness of how the industry is developing in light of new communication technologies.
