Job description for Account Executive at Bima Sakti Alterra

Job Responsibility:
  • Secara proaktif mengumpulkan dan mengidentifikasi kesempatan baru untuk mendeliver solusi kepada klien dan menutup penjualan.
  • Mengumpulkan, menyelesaikan dan mengeskalasi masalah yang terjadi pada klien.
  • Merespon kebutuhan klien dan memastikan kepuasan pelanggan yang tinggi.
  • Melaporkan performa, perkembangan dan kemungkinan penjualan dari klien baru.
  • Mengumpulkan basis klien/konsumen yang ada termasuk portfolio untuk mengidentifikasi adanya kemungkinan potensi penjualan dari referensi klien yang ada.
  • Melaksanakan strategi Go to market bekerjasama dengan stakeholder lainnya (Account manager, presales, marketing dan implementation team)
  • Take a lead role in advising, preparing and presenting proposals to new prospects based on company standards ensuring that the opportunity is maximized to the full potential.
  • Menemukan prospek bisnis baru.
  • Bertanggung jawab dalam seluruh proses awal penjualan hingga closing pada klien baru yang ditugaskan.
  • Menjual, mempresentasikan, melakukan pitch, membuat dan mengembangkan proposal untuk klien baru.
  • Bernegosiasi dan melakukan penutupan penjualan: memimpin negosiasi kontrak dan membentuk hubungan kerja yang kuat dan baik dengan mitra/rekan kerja untuk memastikan pertumbuhan kemitraan bersama baik dengan calon klien/mitra kerja.
  • Menjangkau klien-klien dan melakukan follow up secara tepat waktu berkolaborasi dengan tim/rekan kerja lainnya.
  • Bertanggung jawab dalam membangun dan mengawasi perkembangan, pertumbuhan transaksi dari klien baru
  • Mengolah hubungan bisnis yang kuat dengan para pemegang keputusan pada klien.
  • Mengatur pertemuan bisnis dengan calon klien dan seluruh aktifitas lainnya seperti: menjawab telp atau email client, serta mengidentifikasi masalah untuk kemudian menawarkan solusi melalui produk/jasa yang ditawarkan perusahaan
  • Memberikan saran untuk pengembangan produk atau jasa baru kepada tim produk masalah yang dihadapi oleh klien/calon klien tidak dapat dilakukan oleh produk/jasa yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan.
  • Melakukan kontak berkala dengan klien dalam rangka diskusi semua produk yang sudah berjalan
  • Bertanggung jawab dalam kegiatan kemitraan baik dengan klien maupun calon klien
Job Requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Marketing, or any related fields
  • Having a minimum of 1-2 years as a Business Development or related working experience.
  • Prior experience in handling complex IT sales process from initiation to close
  • Proven sales track record and strong background in IT application solutions selling, government sector, channel sales management and HR will be a plus.
Job Requirement:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, in any field.
  • Required skill(s): analytical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 1-2 years (s) of working experience as an Business Consultant / Account Executive
  • Preferably experienced in IT industry
