Account Executive
Job Descriotion:
We are looking for a competent and ambitious Account Executive.
Love finding new business opportunities and manage relationships with existing clients. You will be directly responsible for the maintenance and expansion of outr customer base. The ideal candidate will have skills, passion, and experience in sales and customer service, and will be consumer centric and result oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Set and manage sales goals and quotas
- Manage the entire sales cycle
- Assist in finding prospects and leads
- Identify new sales opportunities
- Build strong client relationships
-Identify opportunities to up-see and cross-sell
- Learn new product and services features and benefits
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer success and satisfaction
Requirements:
- Min 1 year of working experience as a Sales Account Executive or similiar role
- Good negation skills
