1.系統諮詢電話接聽及線上排除客戶疑難。
2.產製各類工作報告及各式統計報表。
3.擔任系統教育訓練講師。
4.主管交辦事項辦理。
5.需口語表達能力佳，細心富有服務熱忱。

【生育補助】
設立「精誠寶寶快樂成長基金」，鼓勵員工生育，每胎最高補助12萬，精誠媽媽產假加碼最長70天，是台灣資訊服務業首家同時提供加碼有薪假期與生育補助員工福利的企業。
