About Our Client

Working Day: 5 days

Working Hour: 8am-530pm

Working Location: Loyang Area

Salary Range: $2,800-$3,500

What you'll be doing?

Coordinate projects: Ensure accurate fabrication and adherence to schedules with your team.

Diagnose equipment: Identify and resolve machine malfunctions to minimize downtime.

Develop the team: Offer guidance and support to enhance toolmaking skills.

Maintain documentation: Keep all critical records up-to-date for smooth toolroom operations.

Collaborate with vendors: Secure competitive quotes and timely delivery of parts.

Improve efficiency: Actively contribute to enhancing the tool room's standards and productivity.

Who are they looking for?

Educational background: A Higher Nitec, Diploma, or Degree in precision or mechanical engineering is necessary to handle technical challenges.

Technical knowledge: Basic understanding of mold fabrication is required to contribute effectively.

Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication is essential for team collaboration and client interactions.

Organisational skills: Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Collaboration skills: Ability to work well with others to solve problems and achieve goals.

Leadership skills: Good leadership skills to guide and maintain team morale.
