Operations – Assist Centre Manager in the following:

Manage the operations of the centre

Develop and conduct Outreach Plan

Participate in various quality and clinical improvement initiatives

Develop and update SOPs

Manage inventory (Medical and non-medical)

Conduct needs and gaps analysis

Provide clinic skills and procedures

Conduct information and referral (Financial and Non-financial schemes)

Clinical

Assist Physiotherapists and Physiotherapists Associates in the delivery of the prescribed treatment

Setting up of equipment before treatment session, maintenance of equipment and manager the preventive maintenance of the equipment

Conduct group activities and exercises

Arrange transport for customer to travel to and from the centre when required

Ensure timely documentation of case notes by end of day

People Management – Assist Centre Manager in the following:

Supervise junior staff

Public Relations – Assist Centre Manager in the following:

Perform feedback management

Feedback, complaint, incident reports, etc.

Ensure a high standard of professional services to customers

Maintain a warm, friendly, safe, clean, and customer-centred environment

Assist Centre Manager in the maintenance of the centre and equipment

Financial – Assist Centre Manager in the following:

Manage budget and finance of the centre

Effectively handles all transactions, payments, and ensure proper documentation

Tally and check End of Day collection and supporting documents

Assist with claims submission

Others

Manage other programmes and activities

Cover the duties of fellow colleagues (within and across departments)

Any other tasks assigned by HOD

Job Requirement:

Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in Clinic and ILTC setting (e.g. Home care)

Possess either a WSQ Certificate in Healthcare (Therapy Support) or WSQ Higher Certificate in Healthcare (Therapy Support)

Management and supervisory skills

Good customer service skills

Good interpersonal skills

Good spoken and written communication skills

Report writing skills

Possess sector knowledge
