About the role

DAO BLOCKCHAIN PTE. LTD. is seeking a talented Solution Architect to join our dynamic team in the Tai Seng North-East Region. As a Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing innovative blockchain-based solutions that drive our company's strategic objectives. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of the rapidly evolving blockchain industry.

What you'll be doing

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Design and architect scalable, secure, and efficient blockchain-based systems

Provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure the successful implementation of blockchain projects

Identify and evaluate emerging blockchain technologies, frameworks, and best practices

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for the designed solutions

Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the blockchain industry

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect or a similar role in the Information & Communication Technology industry

Proven expertise in designing and implementing blockchain-based solutions, with a strong understanding of distributed ledger technologies

Proficient in blockchain frameworks and platforms, such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Corda

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Experience in leading and mentoring technical teams

Relevant certifications in blockchain or enterprise architecture are highly desirable
