Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, design, and deployment of private cloud and edge cloud platforms
• Define solution architectures for enterprise applications and customer workloads
• Apply security, resilience, and high availability principles in solution designs
• Work with customers and partners on solution design, trials, proof-of-concepts, and new initiatives
• Evaluate and recommend suitable technologies aligned with architecture standards and roadmap plans
• Support deployment of enterprise applications and platform services
• Engage with internal teams, customers, and partners to gather requirements and improve solutions
• Participate in technical discussions and evaluations with technology partners

Requirements:

Cloud & Virtualisation

• Experience with enterprise cloud or virtualisation platforms such as VMware, OpenStack, Nutanix, or equivalent technologies
• Good understanding of private cloud and hybrid cloud environments

Infrastructure & Automation

• Good understanding of infrastructure platforms and system design
• Familiarity with Linux environments
• Exposure to Kubernetes or container platforms is an advantage
• Understanding of automation and CI/CD practices is beneficial

Networking & Security

• Understanding of enterprise networking concepts and security best practices
• Experience working with enterprise networking and security technologies

Public Cloud

• Exposure to public cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is an advantage

Experience & Competencies

• Proven experience in architecting and delivering enterprise-grade cloud or infrastructure solutions
• Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions
• Experience working in agile or iterative delivery environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
