Title: Software Development Engineer

Responsibilities: 

Analyse customer requirements and translate them into comprehensive design specifications, facilitating workload estimation and task allocation. 

Develop and maintain NR/LTE baseband software in a real-time operating system (RTOS) environment, encompassing end-to-end software design, implementation, unit testing, integration, and verification. 

Provide assistance to team members and end customers, ensuring smooth collaboration and support. 

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive execution and resolve complex technical issues. 

Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Wireless Communication, or Electronic Engineering. 

Proficiency in C/C++ programming languages. 

Thorough understanding of 3GPP RAN-related protocols and NR/LTE core technology. 

Experience with embedded software design on X86/ARM/DSP/GPU platforms. 

Proficiency in GPU CUDA programming preferred. 

Knowledge of signals and systems, communication principles, and network transmission protocols is advantageous. 

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. 

Excellent collaboration, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
