What You’ll Do
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
Drive sales targets and push boundaries to achieve breakthrough results
Build long-term, trusted relationships with customers and key accounts
Identify market opportunities, trends, and competitive insights
Develop and execute strategic sales plans
Present sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management
Guide the team through the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing
Grow new business opportunities while strengthening existing accounts
What You Bring
Degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields
At least 5 years of industrial sales experience
At least 3 years leading a sales team
Proven track record in high-level selling and closing key deals
Strong communication, customer management, and leadership skills
Sales-driven, data-driven, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset
Highly motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Class 3 driving license & own vehicle
