We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead sales operations within a product-driven automotive two-wheeler segment. The successful candidate will oversee B2B and B2C sales activities across the two-wheeler portfolio, drive overall sales performance, strengthen customer and partner relationships, and ensure smooth execution of all commercial processes.
Main Responsibilities:
Sales Operations & Performance Management
Oversee day-to-day B2B and B2C two-wheeler sales operations and customer-facing activities.
Monitor Singapore’s two-wheeler automotive market trends, including COE movements, regulatory updates, and competitive developments.
Maintain strong product knowledge across two-wheeler models and competitor offerings.
Track sales performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to achieve both retail and corporate sales targets.
Ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Leadership & Team Management
Lead, supervise, and motivate the Sales Executive team.
Provide coaching, training, and development to build team capability in two-wheeler products and sales processes.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing to plan and execute campaigns, two-wheeler product launches, events, and commercial initiatives.
Maintain strong working relationships with principal brands, dealer partners, corporate clients, and strategic business partners.
Commercial Administration
Oversee sales documentation, customer bookings, contract administration, deposits, and payment arrangements.
Prepare monthly sales reports and support management with sales analytics, including segmentation insights for B2B and B2C two-wheeler markets.
Participate in assigned projects and business initiatives when required.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the automotive two-wheeler, automotive or COE-driven retail sector.
Proven ability to manage both B2B and B2C sales channels.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Good understanding of two-wheeler automotive market trends.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
