Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers

Monitor customer orders and ensure timely follow-up

Identify potential new customers or business opportunities, focusing on profitable and sustainable growth

Ensure products are sold with proper pricing and margin discipline

Assist in resolving customer inquiries, delivery issues, and payment follow-ups

Collaborate with internal sales, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth operations

Prepare monthly sales reports and account updates

Minimum 2–3 years experience in B2B sales or account management

Proven ability to maintain and grow customer relationships

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Detail-oriented with focus on margin and customer satisfaction

Familiarity with Excel or basic sales tracking systems
