Technical Drawing Excellence: Prepare and produce detailed architectural drawings, Rebar, form-work , have RC knowledge for design rebar models, and comprehensive design documentation to support the planning and construction of new buildings and renovation projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

Project Coordination Leadership: Coordinate effectively with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of design elements and maintain timely progression of work across all project phases and stakeholders.

Review & Approval Management: Assist in the thorough review and approval process of shop drawings, material samples, and vendor submittals from subcontractors, ensuring compliance with design specifications and project requirements.

Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records and documentation related to all design and construction activities, supporting project tracking, compliance requirements, and quality assurance processes.
