As a Quality Management System (QMS) Technologist in our Singapore site (F10), you’ll collaborate with Information Systems, Production, and Process Engineering teams to maintain and improve key QMS operations, including:

QMS Planning – achieve ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 International Quality Standards Certification

FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) – assessment risk and deploy risk mitigation

MSA (Measurement System Analysis) and Calibration Management – ensure tools give accurate results

Document Control – ensure document integrity

ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) – protect product quality

Main Responsibilities:

Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot systems to support QMS operational requests

Comply with business processes, standards, and SOPs

Work with end users to clarify and execute setup requirements

Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all executions

Perform troubleshooting for reported issues

Assist in assigned improvement projects

Manage audit and customer visit preparations

Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.​

Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.

Job Requirements, Qualifications/Experience

Diploma in engineering, physics, mathematics, or a related science field, or an equivalent related field of study

Strong analytic and problem-solving skills

Proficient in programming skill such as Python, R and SQL are preferred.

Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Power Automate will be advantageous
