9. Strategic leadership: proven ability to lead multi-discipline teams (process, mechanical, pipes, velves, electrical (E&I), civil, logistics) under tight deadlines. Experienced in conflict resolution, resource allocation, and client-facing technical negotiations.

10. Risk & change management: skilled in early risk identification, mitigation plans, and variation order management without losing momentum

11. Reporting & compliance: familiar with international codes (ASME, API, ISO) and international safety regulations. Able to report to C-suite with clear KPIs.
