Purpose of Role:
The Ship Repair Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing ship repair, maintenance, and conversion projects. The role ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to quality standards. This position requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to collaborate closely with Customers and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage ship repair, maintenance, and conversion projects to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Conduct safety meetings and oversee shipboard safety management.
- Ensure all additional works are properly documented for quotation follow-ups by Estimators.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with Customers, Owners' Representatives, Classification Societies, and internal Project teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide clear guidance and leadership to project team members to achieve operational excellence.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Marine Engineering
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the marine, offshore, or related industries
- Proven track record in leading project teams and managing multi-disciplinary repair or maintenance projects in marine industry
- Proven leadership and communication skills to manage both project teams and clients effectively.
- Possess SRM Cert will be advantageous, but not a must
- Open to Singapore Citizens only.

- Location: Benoi Road (Island-wide transport provided)
- Work Week: 5 days, with occasional weekend work
- Working Hours: 7:25 AM to 5:00 PM
