We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Project Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, project teams, and building management to deliver innovative and functional interior design solutions from concept development through project completion.

• Meet with clients to understand project requirements, scope, budget, and timeline.
• Develop design concepts and prepare preliminary layout plans for client presentations.
• Present design proposals to clients and building management for review and approval.
• Prepare detailed construction drawings and scaled drawings using AutoCAD upon design approval.
• Coordinate and liaise with internal project teams, clients, contractors, suppliers, and building management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Select and coordinate colours, materials, finishes, furniture, fittings, lighting, and accessories.
• Prepare material boards, mood boards, and presentation materials for client meetings.
• Produce 3D visualisations and renderings to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Ensure designs comply with project specifications, building regulations, and industry standards.
• Work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders to deliver innovative, practical, and high-quality interior design solutions.
• Diploma, Advanced/Higher Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Qualification in Interior Design, Architecture, Art & Design, Creative Multimedia, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience in interior design or architecture.
• Proficient in:AutoCAD3D Studio MaxAdobe PhotoshopAdobe IllustratorMicrosoft Office
• Strong design flair with excellent space planning and presentation skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client relationships.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
