Responsibilities :

Manage inventory planning and monitor stock level in the warehouse

Responsible for all parts store administration matters

Parts claim and warranty process

Identify and execute actions to improve stock inventory performance

Work closely with Service Center and prepare demand forecast and supply analysis reports for both management and manufacturers

Liaising with manufacturer through written and verbal communication.

Parts audit

Develop parts sale business

Attend to other ad-hoc assignments including admin duties when required

Requirement :

Experience in parts store environment; preferably in automotive in industry have an added advantage.

Must be bilingual (to liaise with associates)

Applicant with experience in automotive warranty will have an advantage.

5.5 days work per week

Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level in any field.
