About Potico.sg
We are the #1 gifting platform in 3 countries and we are now present in Singapore. We launched here one year ago and have built solid operations, and an increasing customer base. We're now looking for someone to help us run it well and bring it to the next level.

About the Role
This is a balanced role: approximately half your time in the warehouse keeping fulfillment running, the other half on coordination: suppliers, inventory, and making sure the team has what it needs. You won't just be executing, you'll be expected to spot what's not working and help fix it.

It's a good fit if you like variety, take pride in keeping things running smoothly, and want a role where your contribution is visible.

What You’ll Do

Help coordinate and oversee daily order fulfillment and warehouse activities.

Manage supplier relationships: sourcing, negotiating, and staying ahead of stock needs.

Monitor inventory and own the restocking process before it becomes a problem.

You may also own an additional work stream shaped around the company’s evolving priorities and your

own interests (product development, operational optimization…).

Who You Are

Some experience in operations, logistics, retail, or similar. Internships and part-time work count.

Organized, dependable, and calm under pressure.

You take ownership: if something's off, you say so and help sort it out.

Comfortable switching between reactive work and desk-based coordination in the same day.
