Job description for MANAGER at RYA IMPEX PTE. LTD.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Monitor daily sales performance and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Supervise and lead sales staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure shelves are well-stocked, products are properly displayed, and merchandising standards are met.
- Coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment and negotiate promotions or deals.
- Maintain store cleanliness, product quality, and compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to maximize sales.
- Assist in planning promotional events and marketing activities.
- Manage inventory levels to prevent overstocking or shortages.
- Handle quotation, sourcing procuring until the delivery of the orders
- Co ordinate with customers, supplier and relevant organisation to arrange shipment
- Support in day-to-day operation
- Willing to work on odd hours, because the shipment sometimes arrive bit late because of the Flight delay and has to adjust the working style and environment
- Mainly Co-ordinate with Indian Farms / Farmers and Suppliers to make sure smooth operation of day-to-day activity and freshness of the product and quantity required for everyday sales.
