Job Description
We are looking for individuals who are seeking for growth opportunity and to be professionally & competently trained within the Banking & Finance Industry.
(Phase 1)
For the first 4 weeks, you will be provided with fully-sponsored Tutorials and Training to clear the 4 core modules of the Capital Market (CMFAS) papers.
(Phase 2)
You will be attending HSBC foundational training with a cohort of newcomers for 5-consecutive days at our Training-Headquarters. A study allowance reward of $1500 will be paid upon completion.
(Phase 3)
For the next 8-weeks, You will be undergoing comprehensive internal training within the office with a cohort of newcomers. You will be learning essential business fundamentals & value propositions, understanding the financial markets, portfolio analysis/review, familiarization and use of systems and applications, knowledge-to-action tasks & responsibilities. You will be working closely with a team & undergo continuous training and development with the respective manager, organization leaders & corporate training department/unit.

Job Responsibilities:
Undergo all initial and continuous trainings to learn, assimilate and take actions for company's' core agendas/expectations.
Effective communication & listening skills that upholds professionalism and competence.
Strong understanding towards the full-spectrum of wealth management based business offerings/services (B2C/B2B), identifying and qualifying target audiences, handling of value-propositions for desirable outcomes and expectations.
Analyze, strategize, optimize investment portfolios for clients to strengthen financial gains.
Risk assessment, management & profiling. Strong understanding of key-objectives and deliverables.
Compliant to rules and regulations that are non-negotiables based on governmental, company & organizational structures to protect the best interest of all stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Minimally a Polytechnic Diploma, A-Levels, Bachelor's Degree or higher.
Singaporean / Permanent Resident
21+ and above & fulfils all fit-and-proper criterial (based on MAS requirements)
