BELIFT PTE LTD is seeking a Maintenance Sales Executive to join our team. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building relationships within the maintenance engineering sector. As a Maintenance Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our maintenance services and solutions to both existing and prospective clients. This role combines technical knowledge with commercial acumen, positioning you as a key liaison between our engineering services and our customers. Your success in this position will directly contribute to the company's growth and market presence in the maintenance engineering industry.

Key responsibilities

Main point of contact for assigned clients.

Conduct regular customer visits and meetings.

Handle customer feedback and service reviews.

Build long-term relationships with MCSTs, owners, managing agents, and facility managers.

Ensure high customer satisfaction and contract retention.

Identify repair, replacement, and modernization opportunities.

Prepare and follow up on: Repair quotations, Modernization proposals, PTO defect rectification quotations & Additional works and variations

Follow up outstanding quotations until closure.

Present technical findings in customer-friendly language.

Explain breakdown trends and recommended solutions.

Handle commercial discussions and negotiations.

Key Requirements

Diploma or higher qualification in Electric/ Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.

Sales experience in the engineering, maintenance or related technical services industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Ability to identify client needs and translate them into tailored service solutions

A team player who works well with all internal and external teams involved in the project.

Candidate possessing own vehicle will be an advantage.
