We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to support the smooth execution of our logistics operations. You will coordinate daily logistics activities, monitor performance, and work closely with customers and service providers to ensure efficient service delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare logistics reports, including delivery performance and cost analysis, to support operational decision-making

Monitor delivery performance and recommend improvements to enhance service levels and operational efficiency

Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimise logistics processes and service quality

Implement and maintain the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) within logistics operations

Coordinate with customers and service providers to support daily logistics operations

Prepare service agreements and other operational documents, and manage pass applications

Maintain the service provider database and ensure records are accurate and up to date

Manage logistics documentation and maintain proper records

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline

1-2 years of relevant working experience is preferred

Ability to work effectively under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Class 3 Licence preferred
